Where Exactly is This 154 Acre Farm?


Ok, this property is VERY EASY to get to but VERY HARD to tell you how to get to. :-)

From the junction of Hwy. #2 and Hwy. #81 near Farmington, Iowa go south on #81 for 5.7 miles and then turn right (west) on Missouri Route "V" and continue on "V" for 2.5 miles and you will be at the south end of the deeded lane that goes to the south side (Missouri side) of the property. To go to the Iowa side of the property start at the same junction and go south on #81 for .8 mile, then turn right on 285th Street and go 1.2 miles and turn left on Underwood Ave. and continue for .5 mile where you will turn right on 290th Street. Continue on 290th Street for 2 miles and then turn left on Spruce Ave. and go 1 mile to 300th Street. You are now on the Iowa/Missouri border and looking directly at the north side of the property.

Of course if you are coming up Hwy. #81 from Kahoka, MO just turn left (west) on Missouri Route "V" and continue on "V" for 2.5 miles and you will be at the south end of the deeded lane that goes to the south side (Missouri side) of the property.
